With over 13 years of experience in academia and industry, I have contributed as a researcher and lecturer in business schools across the UK, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. My expertise includes designing and delivering postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in business management for international and mature learners. In industry, I led a two-year business transformation project as a Business Change Manager in a Microsoft technology consultancy, implementing a Knowledge Management system for enhanced productivity and service delivery. Additionally, as an Academic Advisor at Projekt 42, I conducted cost analysis, redesigned structures, and facilitated work placement projects, showcasing my commitment to industry and higher education collaboration.
