Available scholarships
This merit-based scholarship is awarded to high-achieving recent high school graduates who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at HBMSU. Covering 100% of tuition, it recognizes academic excellence and provides full support throughout the program, empowering learners to build a strong academic foundation and graduate with distinction.
The scholarship will be given to fresh high school graduates who are interested to join HBMSU in the following academic year of their high School graduation year ( fall or spring semester) or fresh graduates from the UAE, National Service program with a minimum of 90% marks in high school average provided that they meet the admission requirements.
Awarded to top-performing students who have consistently achieved academic excellence during their studies, this scholarship supports entry into HBMSU’s postgraduate programs. It offers tuition waivers for qualified graduates, encouraging continuous learning and rewarding scholarly achievement.
A continuing full-time undergraduate learner who achieves a minimum semester GPA of 3.80 out of 4.00 in a given semester is entitled to tuition remission of 10% of the tuitions combinable with other applicable discounts to MAX of 20% in total for the following semester he/she will enroll in.
A continuing full-time graduate learner who achieves a minimum semester GPA of 3.80 out of 4.00 in a given semester where the academic is entitled to a tuition remission of 10% of the tuitions combinable with other applicable discounts to MAX of 20% in total for the following semester, he/she will enrol.
Designed for learners with both financial need and academic merit, this scholarship provides a full tuition waiver for undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies at HBMSU. It ensures that deserving students can access quality education without financial barriers, enabling them to achieve their academic and professional goals.
Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University has numerous agreements and MOUs with government, semi government and private departments, civil and business organizations within UAE and the region. University partners are entitled to a tuition remission of 10% of the tuition.
Alumni returning to HBMSU for postgraduate studies benefit from a 10% tuition remission, with additional discounts available for alumni when they join any Master program at HBMSU. This scholarship celebrates lifelong learning and keeps alumni connected to HBMSU’s innovative academic ecosystem.
Learners who hold an ESAAD or FAZAA card, or who are immediate family members of cardholders, are eligible for a tuition remission of 20% applicable to the first semester only.
In line with HBMSU’s commitment to inclusion and accessibility, People of Determination are entitled to a tuition remission of 20% of the tuition.
