الدكتورة خديجة الزعبي

الدكتورة خديجة الزعبي أستاذة مشاركة في مجال التربية في كلية التربية بجامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية. حاصلة على درجة الدكتوراه في التربية من جامعة شيفيلد في المملكة المتحدة، بالإضافة إلى ماجستير التربية (MEd) وماجستير الآداب في التربية (MA) من الجامعة نفسها.

تتمتع الدكتورة خديجة بخبرة تتجاوز 25 عامًا في القطاع التربوي، حيث شغلت أدوارًا قيادية متعددة في تطوير السياسات التعليمية، وقيادة إصلاحات المدارس، وتعزيز فعالية المؤسسات التعليمية، وإدارة التغيير المبتكر، سواء في المملكة المتحدة أو دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. كما عملت مع جهات حكومية ومؤسسات تعليمية حكومية وخاصة ومراكز تفكير تربوية، وأسهمت في صياغة السياسات التعليمية وتطوير منظومات الحوكمة التعليمية.

تعاونت الدكتورة خديجة بشكل واسع مع قيادات المدارس لبناء مناخ مدرسي فعّال وداعم للتطور والتحسين، ما يعكس التزامها بتطوير القيادات التعليمية وتعزيز جودة التعليم وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي في القطاع التعليمي.

الدكتورة خديجة الزعبي حاصلة على رتبة أستاذ مشارك وتشغل حاليًا وظيفة رئيس برنامج الدراسات العليا بكلية التعليم الإلكتروني، شاركت الدكتورة على نطاق كبير خلال رحلاتها المهنية في المجالات الأكاديمية في كل من إنجلترا والإمارات في تحسين السياسات التعليمية وآليات تقويم المؤسسات التعليمية وفاعلياتها وفق منهجيات إدارة التغيير.

وخلال حقبة زمنية تجاوزت خمسة وعشرين عامًا من الزمان، شاركت خلالها الدكتورة خديجة خبراتها الواسعة في مجال التعليم في العديد من المشاريع التي تهدف إلى إعادة هيكلة السياسات التعليمية وإصلاح المناخ التعليمي ووضع آليات الحوكمة للعملية التعليمية، وذلك بالعمل مع الحكومات المحلية وقيادات مؤسسات التعليم العالي العامة والخاصة.

وتركّز الدكتورة خديجة جلّ اهتمامها بتعزيز فعالية القادة التربويين ومدراء المدارس عن طريق استخدام آليات دمج تكنولوجيا التعليم وتطبيقاتها بأحدث الأساليب المبتكرة في العملية التعليمة وفق بيئات التعلم الذكي، بما يتوافق مع العوامل التي تؤثر على التعلم التنظيمي وأنماط القيادة المختلفة على المستوى الدولي والإقليمي، كما وقد ساهمت بإعداد برامج تدريبة لتأهيل المعلمين وقادة المدارس على مختلف المستويات وتقديمها بما يتناسب مع استراتيجيات التعليم المستدام وقياس الأداء.

ومن خلال عملها رئيسًا لمجلس الأمناء لمدارس دبي الدولية على مدار عشر سنوات، شاركت الدكتورة خديجة الزعبي في العديد من المبادرات التعليمية التي ساعدت على دعم المعلمين ومدراء ومصممي البرامج والمناهج التعليمية وقادة المدارس وتأهيلهم، تمتلك الدكتورة خديجة الزعبي العديد من السمات والخبرات والقدرات الشخصية التي تجعلها تتميز بقدرة عالية على إنجاز المهام وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة بسهولة ويسر.
