Dr. Khadeegha Alzouebi is an Associate Professor of Education at the School of Education, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. She has a PhD in education from the University of Sheffield, England. She also has an MEd and an MA in Education from the University of Sheffield, England. Dr. Khadeegha has worked extensively on educational policy, school reform, school effectiveness and innovate change management both in the U.K and in the United Arab Emirates. She has over 25 years of experience in the education field in many capacities from working on educational policy, to leading educational reform to working in governance with local governments, and higher education public and private think-tank organisations. Dr. Khadeegha has worked extensively with school leaders to create an effective school climate.
Dr. Khadeegha is an active researcher with an interest that is particularly concerned with enhancing the effectiveness of educational leaders and school managers through the use of innovative technological practices while looking at factors that influence organisational learning and the different leadership styles with a strongly international perspective.
Dr. Khadeegha has devoted her career to education. She is passionate about the transformative power of education. She has served as the chair for the board of Governors at the Dubai International School for over 10 years. 25 years at the forefront of supporting teachers, young people, school leaders, programme and curriculum designers and policy makers with educational initiatives.
Dr. Khadeegha has a reputation for consistently meeting challenging targets and delivering quality professional development training and resources for teacher and school leaders.
