Honoring Visionaries in Organizational Culture and Human Capital Development

This prestigious prize celebrates groundbreaking research in organizational culture and human capital development, honoring the profound legacy of Dr. Yoshio Kondo in quality and behavioral sciences. It supports qualitative, quantitative, and case-based studies conducted within Arab countries, driving impactful scholarship that shapes future-focused organizations and contributes to the Arab world's strategic development. At HBMSU, we champion research that fosters innovation and builds capacity, aligning with our commitment to applied scholarship.

How to Submit?

The Yoshio Kondo Research Prize is open to original qualitative, quantitative, or case-based studies conducted specifically within Arab countries. Submissions should demonstrate significant contributions to the fields of organizational culture and human capital development, exploring themes such as CSR in professional firms or cross-cultural studies in digital learning.

Most HBMSU research awards require a comprehensive application, typically including formal nomination letters, a detailed research proposal or published work, institutional endorsements, supporting documents, and relevant references. Researchers are encouraged to ensure their work embodies originality, significance, and methodological rigor.

Submissions are rigorously evaluated by distinguished juries comprised of international scholars and practitioners. These external reviewers possess considerable research and teaching expertise, meticulously assessing applications to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of originality, quality, and regional relevance.

Applications for the Yoshio Kondo Research Prize, along with all required documentation, must be submitted [through HBMSU’s Research Office or the Innovation Arabia portal]. It is crucial to adhere to the specific annual deadlines and guidelines, which are published to ensure a streamlined and fair process.
