Measures how well learners are achieving key Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) through annual assessments using Strategic Planning Online (SPOL), a web-based tool that supports data-driven evaluation and continuous improvement. SPOL facilitates collaboration on outcomes and rubrics, centralizes data collection, and tracks the impact of improvement actions to enhance learner success and overall program quality.
