International Leadership Program – Shaping Impactful Leaders

Empowering Future Leaders to Understand Global Challenges and Modern Diplomacy.
Offered as a multidisciplinary professional diploma, the International Leadership Program is a joint initiative between Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). The program aims to equip future leaders with critical knowledge and practical insight into global, diplomatic, social, and economic dynamics shaping today’s world. Learners will benefit from immersive experiences, including direct interaction with global experts and facilitators through hands-on workshops, collaborative classroom activities, and constructive feedback. Subject to coordination with UNITAR, some sessions may be delivered by the Institute. All program components will be delivered online through HBMSU’s advanced and interactive virtual learning platforms.
