Dr. Shatha Hawarna

I am Dr. Shatha Hawarneh, a Faculty Member (Associate Professor) at the School of Business and Quality Management, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU). I hold multiple doctoral degrees, including a PhD in Quality Management & Human Resources from the International Islamic University, Malaysia, a PhD in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), Alexandria, Egypt, and a PhD in Education from Université Saint-Joseph (USJ), Beirut, Lebanon. I also earned MBA degrees in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong, Australia, in Business Administration from AASTMT, Egypt, and in Education from USJ, Lebanon, alongside a B.Sc. in Accounting & Information Systems from United Arab Emirates University.

I have further strengthened my expertise through professional certifications and training, including IRCA-certified ISO auditing, Human Resources foundation training (AHRI, Australia), Train-the-Trainer certification (HRD Academy, UK), and the Professional Diploma for Government Excellence Model (GEM) Assessor from HBMSU.
