Overview
Recognizing Outstanding Leaders Driving Quality and Transformation Across the Arab World
Established in honor of Dr. Armand Val Feigenbaum, President and CEO of General Systems Company and a pioneer in leadership and management systems, the award celebrates leaders who inspire change and embed a culture of quality in their organizations.
The award features four leadership categories:
- Exceptional Leaders
- Accomplished Leaders
- Women Leaders
- Rising Stars
How to Submit?
- Open to men and women from across the Arab World in both public and private sectors.
- Applicable to leaders from organizations of all sizes (small, medium, or large).
- Applications are based on merit and individual contributions, not seniority or organization type.
- Nominees for Exceptional Leaders must hold senior titles such as President, Minister, Governor, or Chairman of an international organization active in the Arab World.
- A maximum of three applications per organization is allowed annually.
Applicants must provide:
- Completed Award Nomination Form.
- A written statement of achievements, activities, and experiences.
- Three recommendation letters (from employer, manager, partner, subordinates, or clients).
- Up to three supporting documents (achievement reports, product/program reports, or corporate publications).
- All submissions must be in English for review by the international judging panel.
- Application Deadline: September 30, 2024.
- Winners are recognized across leadership categories, showcasing their impact on quality, leadership, and organizational transformation.
