Advancing Systems Thinking and Organizational Excellence

The prize is established in honor of Professor Tito Conti, an eminent scholar and consultant in quality and organizational excellence, and Past President and Honorary Member of the European Organization for Quality as well as the Italian Association for Quality. The award recognizes research that advances a systems approach to organizations and contributes to building organizational capability in the Middle East. 

How to Submit?

Open to researchers and practitioners submitting original research or organizational studies that apply systems thinking approaches. Submissions may include Master’s or Ph.D. theses, academic studies, or organizational reports. 

Submissions must include:

  • A summary of the research not exceeding 500 words.
  • Full report/study in both PDF and Word formats.
  • Updated CV of the researcher(s).
  • A letter from the employer (if the research is organizational) confirming that the report reflects a systems approach.
  • A letter from the Dean or Director (if the research is a thesis) confirming that the work was completed at that institution. Evaluation will focus on originality, systems thinking application, contribution to organizational capability, and relevance to Middle East contexts. 

Submissions must be received by the stated deadline in the award guidelines. The award includes official recognition as a Conti Research Prize recipient and a certificate of distinction.
