الدكتور محمد السميرات أستاذ مشارك في العمليات والجودة بجامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية. تركز أبحاثه على دمج العمليات والجودة والابتكار، مع تطبيق مبادئ الجيل الصناعي الخامس (Industry 5.0) القائمة على الإنسان والمرونة، واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في اتخاذ القرارات التصميمية لبناء عمليات قابلة للتوسع وذات موثوقية عالية.

يحمل الدكتور السميرات درجة الدكتوراه في إدارة الأعمال، ودرجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، ودرجتين في البكالوريوس (إحداهما في نظم معلومات الحاسوب)، وهو حاصل أيضًا على شهادة CSCP. وقد نال العديد من جوائز التميز البحثي، ونشر أكثر من 35 بحثًا علميًا، ويتعاون مع باحثين دوليين بارزين في أبحاث تطبيقية تركز على التميز التشغيلي، وأنظمة الجودة، والتحسين المستمر.

في جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية، يقود الدكتور السميرات مبادرات التعليم الذكي وتعزيز الشراكات البحثية مع القطاع الصناعي، بما يحول البيانات إلى نتائج أداء قابلة للقياس، ويسهم في إعداد قادة المستقبل لاقتصاد قائم على التكنولوجيا والاستدامة.
