Description
Learners Relationship Management Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for the overall LRM services by providing day-to- day leadership and direction aligned to University Mission and policies to foster and strengthen the relationship between the University and its Learners and alumni.
Main roles & responsibilities
- Develop the departmental plan aligned with the university strategic objectives and monitor the achievements.
- Manage personnel which include work allocation, enforcement of internal procedures and controls.
- Provide leadership to the department services in the day-to-day operations, and ensures that such activities and services are compliance with the University policies and regulations.
- Develop an effective system of extra-curriculum activities and monitor its implementation.
- Guide the activities and services of career resources and career employment.
- Monitor all initiatives and activities and make sure they are comprehensive.
- Coordinate with the various schools and other departments to provide learners with the necessary supporting services.
- Achieve the scope of work and the prescribed KPI’s pertaining to LRM as per the approved BSC and action plan.
- Ensure confidentiality of learners’ information.
- Work closely with the Division VC on planning, budgeting and reporting.
- Adhere to internal and local information security and relevant health and safety laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
Required qualification & skills
Professional Experience
5 years professional experience in a similar or related field/position.
Education and Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, BA or any related field from an accredited university.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to make competent, informed determinations and judgments on a range of confidential and/or sensitive issues related to learners.
- Ability to assess and interpret individual learner needs and to make appropriate referrals.
- Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate a range of special events.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Ability to interpret and communicate policy and procedural issues to learners and parents.
- Knowledge of university-level student affairs and student services principles and practices.
- Ability to develop and implement reporting instruments, systems and standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
